Once again I feel compelled to comment on services rendered by Faden Builders. On Thursday evening Janet ran a load of laundry with a resulting backup from the septic tank. I can’t think of anything more upsetting to deal with. On Friday morning I called your office slightly before 7AM for a suggestion for help. I wasn’t sure Lida would be in that early but the phone was answered by Chris although I am sure that is not in his job description. I asked him to leave a message to have you or Alan call when you came in. Instead, Chris said he would reach Alan on his cell and have him call me. I had a call back from Alan within 5 minutes.

Alan’s response was to assure me he would reach a septic company and have someone out “this morning”. Before Noon, the septic company was at the house. Alan had already coordinated with Randy to get them started, The tank was pumped out by I PM but there was a clog problem in the chase which the septic company could not handle. Randy, before even calling me, contacted Alan who had the plumber out within the hour. We were back in service that afternoon and the plumber will be out on Monday AM to finish the job.

Todd, I can’t tell you how much we appreciate the attitude and service we receive from your entire organization. It is much appreciated and working with you is a pleasure. You deserve to do well and I am sure you will continue to do so.
